[Fanbox] Can't process any creator pages

The past three days, gallery-dl has been unable to process Fanbox URLs.

You can always just visit the Pixiv URL yourself to get the corresponding Fanbox one yourself, and then put that into gallery-dl.

edit: What's the URL you get with -g?

Yes, that works. I updated Firefox and re-exported the cookies and that works too.
