[Bellazon] IDs extracted from file attachments come with URL parameter

I found a couple of posts with file attachments where it fails to extract the file id cleanly:

I'm also finding posts where regular images are downloaded with bad extensions:

Fixed in d7e1351, but I'm not sure if this potentially affects some other files in an unexpected way. All tests still pass, though.
