Looks like the front page uses a json API: https://s3nd.pics/api/posts?page=1&limit=12&sortBy=newest so might not be too tricky to do

I've added initial support (bcefcd5), but I don't know if it can download NSFW content since I don't have a functional account yet.

Please test and let me know if/when you find any bugs or what should be improved/changes/added.

Thank you so much for implementing that so quickly! Apologies for the delay on checking it, but I can confirm that it works great with login-only content, just by setting the auth-token cookie in config.
