sleep-429 Command

Hey Folks!! How's it goin?

How do I use the sleep-429 command in a command line? I'm running the following command:
gallery-dl "XXX" --cookies-from-browser Chrome --sleep 1.0-2.0 --sleep-request 1.0-2.0 --sleep-extractor 1.0-2.0 --sleep-429 100

From this, I get the following error:
usage: gallery-dl [OPTION]... URL...
gallery-dl: error: unrecognized arguments: --sleep-429 100
