Investigate all cwd/remote issues #272892
Description
Looking over the terminal-process label, I see there are many issues related to cwd not working properly in remote environments. This could be because of multi-root, or the terminal.integrated.cwd setting or something else. They are probably all related and maybe share the same root cause.

- Also search "directory", "path", etc.
- Investigate/fix problems
- Close duplicates
