Commenting on a coding agent PR doesn't refresh timeline

Doesn't show the Copilot session started. I needed to manually reload to see this:

It always refreshes the timeline on github.com from what I've seen.

It updated, but it seemed to take 30-60 seconds. Can we more aggressively check for updates right after we leave a comment?
