Fixing a problem when sourcemaps are enabled but not present

If the sourcemaps option is enabled but a file has no source map, without this change no breakpoints will be confirmed. With this change the script will be remembered for future breakpoints, as well as all breakpoints that had already been set will be acknowledged.
