• Improved build performance by parallelizing CJS and ESM builds.
• Improved build performance by parallelizing package builds, with some ordering by dependency.
• npm install now shows live share sdk logs when building.
  • Removed postinstall scripts from all samples
  • Added prepare script in root package.json
  • Made automatic build after npm install more durable
• Updated deprecated usages of joinContainer to join
• Changed sample tsconfigs to use ESNext instead of CommonJS.
• Deleted workspace-cmd-util.js, not needed anymore, feature works on windows now.
• Converted some of the samples to use dynamic DDS's instead of DDS's defined in the schema
