Description
This PR migrates all Microsoft.Bot.Builder.Integration.ApplicationInsights.Core tests from MSTest to xUnit.
Specific Changes
MSTestpackages withxUnitin the.csproj.[TestCategory]to[Trait].[TestMethod]to[Fact].Testing
