[Run] Add keyboard shortcuts to execute search result

From the UX section of spec:

27	Users can use keyboard shortcuts to open the search result	2

From the keyboard shortcut section on the spec, the initial idea was as follows:

10	Users can use Ctrl+<insert number> to launch from the search result	2

For example, Ctrl+2 will open the second search result, Ctrl+3 will open the third search result, etc.
