[Run] Ability to pin first result for query

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Wox has the ability to set a first result for a specific query to improve the search results.
E.g. when often using visual studio, typing "vis" brings up VS Code first and then VS. I want to have VS as a first result (

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Wox has this, as I see an attribution in the Settings I imagine there is already some sort of cooperation, so might be worth taking a deeper look!

From the launcher spec, this is in P2:

26	Users can pin selected application/file/folder at the top of the search result which ties to the search term they input in the search box	2

Highly doubt it will be included in v1 but we'll keep this issue open to track it.

If I may add a suggestion to this suggestion - along with allowing the user manually pin (that would be an excellent feature on its own), please also allow for automatic sorting based on use. If I type "note" and click on the "Notepad++" option every time, that should become the first result quickly - even after the first click of it.
