Sync folder

Hi, I like to see a sync with a local folder, where it will delete unneeded files on server. Now I have to delete everything from storage explorer first, and then reupload everything to ensure old unneeded files are removed.

We've got a use case for this: users in a remote office repeatedly uploading a whole folder as new files are collected, so a sync process that could automatically determine what files to upload would be great.

azcopy already has this feature (azcopy sync).

Ideally, we'd want a check-box to control the azcopy sync --delete-destination option (true or false) to control whether extra files at the destination are removed or not.
