Support Azure.Mesasging.ServiceBus (Track2) SDK

Fix Issue #2151, Azure/azure-sdk-for-net#18002.

Changes

Adds support for ServiceBus Track 2 SDK

(time skew does not come from telemetry; timestamps and duration are correct. The issue is reported to the portal team)
