Remove superseded micrometer-jersey2 module #2865

Following up on #2780, now that the same code is available in micrometer-core since 1.8.0, there is no good reason to continue maintaining a copy in the micrometer-jersey2 module. Users should instrument Jersey with the code in micrometer-core, which only requires updating imports for existing users. Removing the module in a minor version might seem aggressive, but I think these aforementioned mitigating factors make it reasonable.
