[bug] file that appears as a folder

Description of the bug

Word, PDF and Excel files that are viewed as folders through Filestash, which prevents them from being viewed or downloaded.

The problem occurs randomly, and I haven't been able to figure out how to reproduce it.

However, when the file is duplicated from the file server, it is displayed correctly on Filestash:

Expected behavior

It should display the files in the correct format instead of a folder.
