Picosdk 1.5.1 branch

Hello,
I've used fpcupdeluxe to install the rp2040 support and now want to try out the PWM examples which has been added to the picosdk1.5.1 branch. Any hints in how to install and use it? Seems like fpcupdeluxe has installed the main branch and I don't know how to change it.

Hi Ben

You must configure compiler options to work with the Pico. To do this:

• create a new project ( simple program )

• Go to Project/Project Options/Compiler Options/Config and Target

• set Target OS to Embedded

• set Target CPU Family to arm

• set Target Processor to ARMV6M

• Go to Project/Project Options/Compiler Options/Custom Options

• in the Custom Options Field, copy this options
  -Wpraspi_pico
  -godwarfsets
  -godwarfcpp
  -Xu

• Go to Project/Project Options/Compiler Options/Path

• Verify that in the 'Other File Unit' the path is the one to the unit directory of Michael Code

• For example ../pico-fpcexamples-main/units

At least, the minimum working program for the Pico should be:
program minimum;
{$MODE OBJFPC}
{$H+}
{$MEMORY 10000,10000}

uses
pico_c,
pico_gpio_c;

begin
end.

This should work with a recent version of fpcupdeluxe.
normally, a template directory in the unit folder is made to configure the minimum requirement for a pico project to work.
Unfortunately It didn't work for me.
