Update your CE with extracted files from Binaries.7z archive to the CE directory and overwrite existing files

If you want to use debug symbols, copy extracted files from DebugSymbols.7z archive to the CE directory. Useful if you have problems with CE. Then you can check cedebug.txt file inside CE directory.

"legacy" - compiled with older free pascal compiler.
