There is a docs folder with markdown files, and I ran docsify init to create the project.

Had the same. My index.html was in a docs folder. So My configuration had to give the docs folder like this in the package.json

    "emulateMedia": "screen",
    "pathToDocsifyEntryPoint": "./docs"

However I am getting a "404 Not Found" as PDF but I think that is another issue.

Is this issue resolved? I am also getting the same error. Tried adding this "pathToDocsifyEntryPoint": "./docs" as mentioned above but it is not working. Showing the same error.
