That makes sense, but I still think midnight is a good as a "default" chart value. We can just set it to 04:30 ourselves.

I was originally just going to create these resources without a chart, but since there are multiple resources that all relate to each other, and therefore should have proper labels and names and secret definitions, a chart seemed to make the most sense.
