0.2.1 - Adding Replay Mode by safijari

Huge huge thanks to @safijari for fully implementing Rolling Recording/Replay Mode (https://github.com/safijari/decky-recorder/tree/rolling-record)

Changes:

• Added Replay Mode, you can press STEAM + Start to capture the last 30 seconds, or capture up to the last 5 minutes by using one of the buttons in the plugin
• Recordings are now done with the proper muxer, removing the need of re-muxing the recordings afterwards

Decky Recorder 0.1.0

This release allows you to set the output format of the recording. You can pick between MP4 (Default), Matroska and QuickTime.
