📝 Summary
Previously collected files and then ran on them, this streams the collection to running lint.
Not seeing a ton of performance improvements by the numbers, but the UX is a bit better since the feedback is immediate
Also fixes other observed bugs:
marimo check missing_file.pynow raises a reasonable errormarimo checkruns by default on all possible files
