Genes are imported from reference genomes in orientation of the gene, not the reference genome #64

I'm not sure of the correct behaviour here, but just flagging that this tripped me up because I was working in the opposite orientation to someone else this week.

I imported a gene from a reference genome where the gene was in the reverse orientation to the numbering of the genome, and it automatically flips it so the gene is in the correct orientation.

Can we have an option for keeping the gene in the same orientation as the genome or flipping it? I can understand where the behaviour might be wanted that you see the gene you're looking for from left to right, but would also like the option to keep it in the same as the genome orientation. Obviously keeping it as a reference through all simulation steps would be the ideal but can see why that doesn't make sense architecturally!
