Underline sizing issue #60
Description
the width and height is set in code, should be done differently.
TabItemExt if underline is on Top then the underline is one pixel too height.
If you get a dot as underline width/height set minwidth /minheight to the TabItemExt.
Perhabs this works better after updating to 10.x
