Admin side customer list: next page not jump to top

Version: Magento 2.3.1
Admin side: Customers => All Customers
Step 1: Set 100 per page
Step 2: Scroll up to the bottom and then click on next page

Expected behavior:
The page should jump to the top

Actual result:
The page stays at the end. Admin has to scroll up manually. Please check the video which is in zip file.
