The direct reference to
Microsoft.Build.Tasks.Corev17.14.28 is intentional and required to force a higher version that addresses a security vulnerability in transitive dependencies. While this package is typically pulled in transitively by EntityFrameworkCore.Design, the explicit reference ensures the secure version is used.No code changes were needed - this PR documents the rationale for the existing dependency.
