How to perform Diarization without the DiarizationPipeline?

In PR #1128 , the DIiarizationPipeline was removed from the public API.

I might be missing something, but how does one tag speakers without this? It seems like we need a DataFrame generated by the DiarizationPipeline.

Note, I have PR #1229 which maintains lazy imports but still exposes the DiarizationPipeline. It also has more clear type signatures for type checkers.
