This PR contains grid-2x2-x icon that helps grid icon scenario.

Icon use case

• error data tables
• disabling or removing grid feature
• could signify that particular task within the grid has been removed or deprecated or failed

Concept

• I have provided valid use cases for each icon.

• The icons are solely my own creation.
