Undocumented check misses overriding methods

yard stats --list-undoc normally lists undocumented methods, but it misses undocumented, overriding methods. A trivial example file to see this problem with is: https://gist.github.com/glyn/8025385. I am running YARD 0.8.7.3.

It looks like we had an explicit check to verify that the method is overridden in the stats checker.
Looking at blame, this was explicitly added in ead6bd1.

I've just reverted this commit given the stance on being explicit about pulling in docs for overridden methods.
