YARD docs are broken for >= 0.8

The official API docs for YARD itself appear to be broken for some modules/classes. For example, YARD::Registry:

YARD::Templates::Engine has this issue as well.

I'm not sure if this is a more general issue with other projects or not, but I was able to reproduce the issue by checking out yard/master.
