Integrate Shared Cache Node into Theia Cloud #38

Currently Theia Cloud does not use the Theia Shared Cache Node.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to integrate a feature flag in the Operator. When toggled on the operator should map a ConfigMap including gradle settings into the Thea IDEs to configure them to use the remote cache.
Describe alternatives you've considered
In this PR for every Thea ID a new ConfigMap is created to configure gradle. An alternative would be to use the configmap provided my Theia-Shared-Cache itself
