We didn't cherry-pick this for now because it caused a lot of issues and we are not interested in this at the moment.

This PR adds the following extensions:
The only Zc* extension that is currently not supported is the Zcmt extension. I cherry-picked the implementations from upstream and fixed minor things to make them compatible, but the Zcmt extension relies on new features and was very complicated to port. Furthermore, we currently do not plan on supporting it in Ibex.
