Problem with loss

When training the model, the loss is always equal to 0.0, and accuracy is 0 also. I didn’t change anything neither the code nor data

我也遇到这个问题，我安装的tf完全符合requirment里的tf 1.13.0，同时测试了tf 1.14.1也不行，都是loss为0，怎么解决呢？
