Add deperecation warning when lingui macro used using babel-macros-plugin

Support of this plugin is deprecated as stated in v6 migration guide. For easier discoverability of this deprecation i suggest to add an explicit warning printed into console when macro is executed by babel-macros-plugin

@andrii-bodnar i think you a confusing two things. The @lingui/macro package which you are going to mark as deprecated in npm not directly related to the babel-plugin-macros deprecation i rised here.

The new entrypoints introduced in lingui@5, such as @lingui/react/macro and @lingui/core/macro expose an integration for babel-plugin-macros which i'm going to deprecate. So deprecation of old @lingui/macro is not directly related to deprecation of babel-plugin-macros
