@madskristensen Why was this accepted?

• It wantonly upgrades to .net9.0 when .net 8.0 is still in support, breaking package compatibility
• looks like it was created by a chatbot
• It completely messes up the purpose of how WebOptimizer.Sass is meant to be packaged - Please, as the maintainer, watch what people are pushing as PRs, or let someone else maintain the project. - Why would you go from the slim architecture intended by @Taritsyn to this messy approach where it brings in a dozen dependencies?
• Why would you take a PR that has workload-install.ps1 that has absolutely nothing to do with this project whatsoever? THis is serious - what if this guy just adds a trojan horse to the code?

The Directory.Packages.props file does not add new dependencies, but only centrally determines the versions of used NuGet packages.
