Capcom Power System Changer Icons

I'm currently using the CPS System 1 icon for this console given that is what it was based on, but it would be nice to have a proper set of icons for the console.

Like on #481, Systematic does have a CP System Changer.

I'll add it to my to-do list for the other themes that I maintain, which are Automatic and FlatUX. The default Monochrome set is maintained by the community and anyone who would like to contribute is invited to do so.
