feat: improve fullscreen button placement and bottom bar UI

Summary

This PR improves the user experience of the video player by adjusting the placement of the fullscreen button and refining the bottom control bar layout.

Changes

• Moved the fullscreen button slightly away from the progress bar to prevent accidental taps that skip the video.
• Adjusted spacing and alignment of the bottom player controls for a cleaner, more accessible layout.
• Minor UI improvements for better usability in both landscape and portrait modes.

Motivation

Currently, the fullscreen button is positioned too close to the progress bar, which often causes users to accidentally jump to the end of the video. These changes aim to make video playback more intuitive and reduce accidental interactions.

This is a small enhancement but it significantly improves user interaction with the video player.

Hey, thanks for the PR!

I think adding the tooltip is a good idea - however, I think that the margin changes to the fullscreen button look very weird if you're not in fullscreen.

Also, please undo the changes to app/src/main/res/values/languages.xml
