feat: disable video track when minimized while PiP is off

This PR disables video when the user has Settings>Player>Behaviour when minimized configured to None.

As a note: IIRC SABR doesn't allow audio-only streaming, so this will break when we eventually migrate to it. Though it shouldn't be a blocker for now.

No idea, probably depends on how the situation is when we switch (i.e. if a method is found). But no one is actively working on an implementation.

Yt music has a function to change yt video to audio. This function is Premium 😂
