This PR removes code that was marked as deprecated in previous Laravel versions:
getBaseQuerybecause it has atoBaseequivalentMaintenanceModeExceptionclass which was not used anymoreMocksApplicationServiceswhich was deprecated for a while and removed from documentation already. Currently, it leads to confusion with mocking: Faking HTTP client endpoints in combination with disabling or mocking events clears the faked endpoints #41027
