[Bug]: Localization Issue

What happened?

i want to localize the fields
i already have done

SpatieTranslatablePlugin::make()->defaultLocales(['ar', 'en', 'ckb']),

so now i have 3 languages when i try to change the field name per language the other languages field will becomes empty
for example i have filled all the field for ar
when i try to fill en fields or ckb the ar inputs will vanish while you can see the inputs are saved in the database somehow

How to reproduce the bug

when i am trying to create a form with different languges i cannot create it even when i create the form the form has not field

what your filament version? is it related to this?

my filament version is "filament/filament": "~4.0".
i am no quite sure if its exactly same to that

when i change the language and fill the form and the fields for each language then press create i get the field required validation error while i have already filled the form for all three languages
