`-u=xxx` is invalid, which will try to unset `=xxx` instead of `xxx`. This one appears to be a left over from a clean up long ago. Additionally, `-u` does not have argument injection problem. That is, `-u --whatever` won't inject `--whatever` into env's arguments.
