Adds a tutorial explaining how to write Typescript/Javascript policies
Fix kubewarden/policy-sdk-js#190
This PR content is originated from #663. I had to opened this PR because while I was squashing and fixing DCO in the other PR branch (from @esosaoh fork), I've messed up with the git history and lost the final commit in the main branch there. And I cannot pushed it again due Github permissions. Therefore, I'm opening this PR to commit the changes. @esosaoh is still the author of the commit as expected.
@esosaoh @kubewarden/kubewarden-developers I'm sorry for my mistake. 😢
