Workflow execution limitations - disabling manual triggers (external triggers only)

Sometimes a specific Workflow should only be triggered externally (for example, from pipelines), not triggered manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to disable manual triggers for specific Workflow, so it can only be triggered by triggers, Github Action, etc.

@tkonieczny by "manually", do you mean in the Dashboard? Or also from CLI (which might be hard to differentiate from CI/CD, which often just uses the CLI)
