Trying to get this expanded GPU support foo into CA 1.34 where customers are more likely to be able to use it in the near term (not everyone has a way to get to 1.35 quickly):

• Disable GPU resource processor for nodes using DRA for accelerator attachment #8547
• [Feature] Make GPU utils function neutral for vendor's resource names #8629
• Add Intel GPU (Habana Gaudi) autoscaler support #8853
• Add Intel GPU cluster autoscaler support #9040
