(Even if people are OK with the blog post, we definitely mustn't let this merge until the GEPs have graduation requirements and the blog post is known to be true -- for example, GEP-1742 isn't actually merged into 0.8.0 at the moment, as we're nailing down timeout syntax. 🙂)

Thanks @kflynn! This looks great! I'm guessing a separate PR will tackle adding docs for GAMMA content more broadly to the site?

This is looking great, thanks @kflynn! I won't LGTM yet because of outstanding TODOs, but once those are resolved, I think this can go straight in.
