helm chart always installs inferencepool from group v1

What happened:
not possible to use inferencepool v1alpha2
this is hard-coded here:
https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api-inference-extension/blob/main/config/charts/inferencepool/templates/inferencepool.yaml#L2
What you expected to happen:
should be configurable
