chore(frontend): Upgrade vulnerable frontend packages

Description of your changes:

• Update package-lock.json by running npm audit fix.
• Fix server compilation by adding explicit typing in some files.
• Bump version in .nvmrc to latest minor version. (this matches the node version in Github CI)

Vulnerabilities

Before:

137 vulnerabilities (4 low, 39 moderate, 81 high, 13 critical)

After:

102 vulnerabilities (35 moderate, 63 high, 4 critical)
