Bug: Tests fails for branchrestrictions_test.go

Hi,
I've tried running the tests using both suggested approaches, but both fail on TestBranchRestrictionsKindPush with a 401 Unauthorized error.

This test may have passed in the past, but it seems the API behavior has changed, causing the failure now.

I've found that the tests in branchrestrictions_test.go still work, but only when using an App password. This is not ideal, especially considering that this method of authentication has already been marked as deprecated (see issue #308).

Other forms of authorization don't work for these tests. I suggest introducing a new environment variable, something like BITBUCKET_TEST_BEARER_TOKEN, and using it if it's set.

Additionally, I would recommend using mocks and a test server with httptest and mux (as is common in other SDKs). This approach is fast, doesn't require real credentials, and simplifies testing significantly.

However, even with an App password, I still get test failures in diff_test.go and environment_test.go on my machine:
