Enable noPropertyAccessFromIndexSignature and noUncheckedIndexedAccess

Types of changes

We want to have these two typescript checks on:

• noPropertyAccessFromIndexSignature
• noUncheckedIndexedAccess

But our project won't typecheck because of errors in universal routes.
Apparently it is not possible to ignore these errors using exclude or ignoreLibChecks.
