Converting elongated katakana to hiragana properly #13
Description
At the moment things like toHiragana("ホー") get converted to "ほー". It would be better if they were converted to things like ほう instead.
I wrote a wrapper around toHiragana that does this, I could open a pull request if you also think this is a good idea.
