Hi,
This PR (fixes #73) adds styling for
<table>elements, which are styled according to the ListView ("Details" mode) styles described in the MS Windows 7 Design Guidelines.I left out the icons visible in the Microsoft documentation from the example, since they are probably "All Rights Reserved" by MS.
